2026 SGC (School Graduation Certificate) Collection

Notification for Collection of School Graduation Certificate (SGC) 2025

We are pleased to inform you that your School Graduation Certificate (SGC) is ready for collection from 4 June to 26 June 2026. Certificates may be collected from the General Office between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays only (excluding public holidays).

Collection Details:

1) Please bring along your NRIC/Student Pass for verification purpose.

2) If you're unable to collect the certificate personally, you may authorise a proxy to collect it on your behalf. Kindly prepare the following documents:

a.      Letter of Authorisation

b.      Photocopy of your NRIC/Student Pass

c.      Photocopy of the proxy's original NRIC

Important Reminder: Uncollected certificates will be disposed of after the stipulated retention period. We strongly encourage you to collect your certificate within the stated timeframe.

3) Students will need to be dressed appropriately before being allowed entry into Tanjong Katong Secondary School.
