The School invites interested and suitably qualified vendors to apply for the operation of a Japanese/Korean Cuisine stall in our secondary school canteen.

Vegetarian options
Vendors are encouraged to suggest menus and offer a variety of balanced meal sets suitable for teenagers, taking into consideration portion adequacy, nutrition, and affordability.
Requirements:

Stallholder(s) and assistant(s) who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, aged 21 years old and above.

Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices in consultation with the school.

Able to maintain a high standard of food safety, personal hygiene and cleanliness that meet Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements.

Both applicant and stall assistant/s must register and pass the WSQ Food safety course Level 1 conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) accredited training providers.

Successful applicant will need to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

Applicant must be in personal attendance at the stall during canteen operating hours.

Able to comply with the latest Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP) guidelines, For more details please refer to HPB's website

Must be able to operate till 3.30pm on school CCA days

Food must be served hot.

The above proposed menu list is negotiable and is subject to change by the Tanjong Katong Secondary School Canteen Committee.
The School reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

Download and complete the application form. You may also request for a hardcopy from the School’s General Office.

Attach the following documents together with the application form:

One recent passport-sized coloured photograph

Photocopy of NRIC (Front and back)

Proposed Healthy Set meal menu and price list of each set meal size

Photocopy of Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Certificate of Participation for Culinary Training Workshop for HMSP by HPB (if any)

Submit the completed Application Form and documents via email OR to the School's General Office by the closing date.
